Mike Rinder: The Bully
Mike Rinder has always tried to dominate others and, as the coward he is, he honed his skills in dominating others by nullifying them. That is how he treated, and continues to treat, every member of his family, including myself and his children and even his own mother – who he constantly made less of despite the fact she is a brilliant and capable woman.
Mike always had a hidden disdain for others, especially those that were more competent or capable than he. If Mike felt you were threatening him – meaning that you didn’t buy his “charm” and started to see through to the fact he really was incompetent and unproductive – you became his target for bullying.
As Mike is such a coward, he would never openly crush down another person. No. He perfected a system of nullification by constant, covert criticisms that an uninvolved observer might even identify on the surface as “helpful.”
Mike’s strategy was and still is, to nullify members of his family and what we believe in and do, so as to paint an entirely false picture to others. In a mind so twisted with “being right,” this obsession has clearly consumed him and any possibility of “good sense” – as typical in any mania.
Bullying is not normal.
